Observation Time!

Wednesday, January 24, 2018 Ma'am Adora wasn't returned yet, so, i observe Mega's cooperating teacher class session, Ma'am Elsa. She is a science teacher, at that time, she was teaching chemistry about reduction-oxidation. She is a really nice person, and the students seems to like her. Every session duration in SMU Junior High School is one hour per subject, so the teacher have to be creative to teach the material in a short time. Unlike in Indonesia, in one session, we spend time like three hours or two. "...Put your hands together...let us pray!" Prepararation Everyone...! Sit by your group. Presentation and practice. still working on it. "Okay!, who is finished already? show me your work!" Some students who was brave enough to explain their work. "I have another solution!" Another discussion. What i like from Ma'am Elsa, to get feedback from the students, she always said "thumbs up?&qu
